BBC's Sherlock
BBC's Sherlock
I just started watching this show (third season, is it?) I had seen an episode before but always forgot when it was on. There's a first season marathon this morning. I'm so hooked
Re: BBC's Sherlock
I'm glad I watched the last episode. This Moriarty is one of the best I've seen
I have a soft spot for the actor who plays Lestrade. Time definitely passes by so damn fast

I watch the CBS show Elementary and love that, but have never watched this...I've heard a lot of good things so I guess I'll check out on demand or Netflix at some point...I just like Elementary because of the spin they put on it...he's a recovering addict and Watson is a woman...

It was okay in the beginning and didn't really hit its stride till a few episodes in...I'll try Sherlock if you try Elementary...perkana wrote:I started watching it, but didn't get hooked the first time. Will give it a second chance

Who else is excited?
Like previous seasons, series four will be comprised of three episodes. The first episode is called “The Six Thatchers,” the second is “The Lying Detective,” and the third is still a mystery. That untitled episode could be the final installment of the series. Emphasis on could. Both showrunner Steven Moffat and Cumberbatch have made comments that hint at the show coming to a close. It does seem like scheduling is a tricky issue for those involved, but on the other hand, if everyone’s okay with these long breaks, maybe Sherlock will last forever.

Sunday nights just got Good again
Re: BBC's Sherlock
Perkana, I've never watched it, but when I was a kid I was a HUGE Sherlock Holmes fan when Basil Rathbone played him (1939-1946). I remember them being so, so good. In fact I found the box set yesterday for half price.

Well, the show is a modern take on Sherlock. It has a huge following.
For a first episode (The Six Thatchers), it was really good. Except for one scene (the pool scene). And I fucking hate Watson now. Can't wait for tonight's episode!

Nah it will only disappoint! Stick with real life and fuzzy felt or whatever you do instead...Bandit72 wrote:I don't tend to watch much tv...maybe I should give it a go.
