If the request is not handled expeditiously, I would escalate to a team leader.

Agreed. Very closely followed by the other 3.Adurentibus Spina wrote:That is the worst thing I've ever heard come out of Perry's mouth. Paul is the worst Beatle in every way that matters.Perry Faked A British Accent Farrell wrote:I was so influenced by Paul McCartney

I think, right now... this is both the worst and best thread on ANR...

What does Paul have to do with it?someguy wrote:9/11... Pretty AwfUL

Paul is dead. The current Paul is an imposter. Therefore the US Government blew up the twin towers (but not the Pentagon or that other plane, for some reason...), and Perry Farrell sucks.
Re: Perry Farrell Talks New Mystery Project, Kurt Cobain Mee
Well I can see where Perry would identify with Paul.
Paul also stuck his no talent wife into his act.
BTW my favorite Beatle was George. He always seemed so sincere

George was the best, even if he believed in pseudo-Eastern gibberish. If you could combine George with something more caustic... I think you'd have a perfect artist, for my taste. Basically, Nina Hagen, but less theatrics and more depth.Romeo wrote:Well I can see where Perry would identify with Paul.

Someone had a hilarious take on choosing your favorite Beatle over at another forum that I frequent. It was something along the lines of: pretentious people pick George, ignorant people pick John, and sociopaths pick Ringo
Re: Perry Farrell Talks New Mystery Project, Kurt Cobain Mee
What's so special about the Beatles anyway.

They could take a sad song... and make it better...Mescal wrote:What's so special about the Beatles anyway.

Here's when I destroy any shred of credibility I may have had left:Mescal wrote:What's so special about the Beatles anyway.
I don't like The Beatles.
Re: Perry Farrell Talks New Mystery Project, Kurt Cobain Mee

Re: Perry Farrell Talks New Mystery Project, Kurt Cobain Mee
Yoko caused Building 7 to fall.

Yeah, she's using John's heritage to fund Al Qaida.
And she helped them developing new torturing methods

Re: Perry Farrell Talks New Mystery Project, Kurt Cobain Mee
right they should literally use her...ehm songs to torture people instead of Metallica.....it'd get me talking in a second
Re: Perry Farrell Talks New Mystery Project, Kurt Cobain Mee
I respect all of them a lot, but I don't like the majority of their work...selected songs like my favorite Across the universe onlySix7Six7 wrote:Here's when I destroy any shred of credibility I may have had left:Mescal wrote:What's so special about the Beatles anyway.

The torturing methods are having to listen to any of her "music" while wearing headphonesMescal wrote:Yeah, she's using John's heritage to fund Al Qaida.

Re: Perry Farrell Talks New Mystery Project, Kurt Cobain Mee
hey that pseudo-Eastern gibberish kept him grounded. IMO At least he was sincere about it....Adurentibus Spina wrote:George was the best, even if he believed in pseudo-Eastern gibberish. But Here comes the sun, Something & while my guitar gently weeps.....
Re: Perry Farrell Talks New Mystery Project, Kurt Cobain Mee
Yeah I get that he was sincere about it, but it was lame, and every time I watch an old interview with him I want to scream out "Just shut the fuck up and play guitar!" because the stuff he'd say was half obvious, half brain-dead nonsense (sorta like Perry Farrell, but George was a better song-writer, solo.)Romeo wrote:hey that pseudo-Eastern gibberish kept him grounded. Some of my favourite George guitar-work is in the non-beatles stuff:
Re: Perry Farrell Talks New Mystery Project, Kurt Cobain Mee
Agreed. They deserve respect, but as for making decent music? It's not everyone's bag and you shouldn't have to like it because society tells you so. Little Richard did more for rock n roll than the Beatles ever did. I tried listening to Sgt. Peppers for the third time ever the other week. You know, the older you get, the more appreciative you are..And I still never made it to side 2. Whatever floats your boat, innit.Matz wrote:I respect all of them a lot, but I don't like the majority of their work...selected songs like my favorite Across the universe onlySix7Six7 wrote:Here's when I destroy any shred of credibility I may have had left:Mescal wrote:What's so special about the Beatles anyway.

Favourite Beatles tune:
Re: Perry Farrell Talks New Mystery Project, Kurt Cobain Mee
The Beatles were my favorite band in the 8th grade! Paul is by far the best and the Beatles were fucking cultural landmark event. The Beatles were a far bigger deal than landing on the moon.
