Haha the best part was watching him cuss people out for moving and whining. But yeah its a cool festival they do the same thing in the Sailor Jerry thing at FFF as well. Usually a different artist each year

So I was at Rockaway Beach today when I noticed the girl laying on the blanket next to mine had this tattoo

Image

i didnt notice until she was getting ready to leave and then i felt weird asking her about it. but i double checked and it was the same one from the episode (which i figured since who the fuck would have that tattoo)

it was like being three degrees away from dave

First one eliminated, right here...
Steven “Kay Kutta” Givens
Fayetteville, NC
Owner/Artist at Kutthouse Tattoos (www.kaykutta.com)
3 years experience

Kay Kutta did his first tattoo on himself at the age of 12 with a sewing needle wrapped in thread and Indian Ink. To say that he’s come a long way is an understatement. After an eight-year stint in prison, Kay Kutta chose not to return to a life of crime, and credits tattooing with being able to re-invent himself and lead a life on the straight and narrow. Kay Kutta says that people either love him or hate him because he’s not afraid to speak his mind and stand up for what he believes in. He specializes in photo realism tattoos and his shop has been voted the best place to get tattooed in his hometown.
It's season 2's B-Tatt.

If Ink Master had the guy that does this kind of work on, I'd watch

I watched about 5 minutes of a show the other night. Apparently the "artists" had to do a classic tattoo and it was time to be judged.
That show is laughable.

i'm not a big reality show guy but i really like the show. it's easy to dismiss it because dave is in it but the tattoo challenges are really interesting. there is some cheesy editing like when they are about to finish they make it look like everyone finishes at the last minute but i like it. :noclue:

this season steve and jamie are far better than anyone else.

I agree 100% with everything you've said here, creep. The show is cheesy but enjoyable. And Steve and Jamie are the best competitors.

It seems like they have purposely upped the douchebaggery this season. I don't know if it is just the people they purposely chose or if they encourage the competitors to instigate drama...but there seems to be a lot of scummy, unlikeable people on the show currently (as well as some who have already been axed).

I like it too.
That Sarah chick is really annoying.
I like the guys you mentioned and Jesse too.
The judges have been harder and not holding back with their criticism.
Last season's tattoo artists were better overall. Like that Lallo guy really sucks, imo.

just curious....since you are anti-tv how do you watch it?

they do seem to be trying to put more "reality" stuff in it this year so i'm sure they look for interesting people over better artists.

they show the episodes on the Spike Tv site. Yesterday's show will be available to watch on Friday or Saturday. All of Season 1's episodes are there.

My wife and I caught 2 episodes the other night. It's actually a decent show!

I love the talent both of the remaining women have, but I'd be afraid they added some feminine touches to my tattoo. I think that cute chubby chick is more talented than tattoo baby.
