Now, since you're single, wanna hang out? I'm looking for a real man to take me to Hawaii and build me a hut or some shit.

when is your birthday?
i'm going to a "Leo Fest" on Saturday night. 2 of my friends have birthdays on monday and another one just had his the other day, so we're going to do a combined celebration-BBQ garden party.
after all you have been through, you deserve to really whoop it up this year. i hope you have a great time.

Re: What made your day today?
My birthday is Tuesday and its the big 3-0 so I figure I should have fun this weekend.
As for today I got some new pickups for the PRS Custom 24 that I have, putting in some active pickups. So now I have another guitar to play live with and I don't have to bring the Private Stock model out of the house but for special occasions.
Love this bad boy but don't like taking it out. Just don't want anything happening to it. So I play the other one along with a strat knock off live.

30? I always thought you were older than me. Same age. Wow. Well, hope the party to off the hook. Glad for the new purchase. I have an active guitar and it very versicle. Coil tap that sucker and you can have a ton of different sounds. Happy bday. Even thought you're a Laker fan.Juana wrote:My birthday is Tuesday and its the big 3-0 so I figure I should have fun this weekend.

Haha and yet another thing that brought us all together Jane's did bridge age gaps when they were at their best.
I heard Summertime Rolls on the local college station today, was a nice way to kick off my day

Re: What made your day today?
A friend's casual shout out on facebook for a falcon rental really cracked me up.
" i need to rent a falcon for a day. any leads my friends? "
My friend is a freelance photographer, and currently travelling in Dubai and UAE. I imagine it's for a photoshoot or something like that.

I tried a few variations of aintnoright.com/org/aintnosite.org/aintnosight.org in the immediate days after xiola shut down, but i had faith that sooner or later i would stumble upon the new site!creep wrote: wish there could have been an easier way to find this place.

It wasn't that hard to find
Couldn't anyone with half a brain or history with these boards find it? Does anyone think that any of the original xiola crowd aren't here because they can't find it? Oh, and I'm totally neutral on the whole should Sonny have allowed this site to be linked in the aftermath...I'm of the opinion he owed the group nothing...he put up with a lot. And no doubt Creep and Hoka will too. But you guys along with Sonny ( and a good handful of others) are two of my favorites so I'm sure you'll do fine...

Weird. Didn't realize that. Cause I posted a while back that initially I made the mistake to type .com and found a Japanese porn site. Maybe those few are lost over there trying to make out the pixilated vaginas and penises....creep wrote:blackcoffee wrote:It wasn't that hard to find

Xiola was always my favorite site, and I was bummed to see it go. And ego or not, I think Sonny has style; I've always really liked his posts. But I've liked most of the sites over the years, especially aintnoright, alienonacid's, whores, and the one perry4prez did a lot of moderating on (what was the address on that one? started with an s... damn, i posted every day on that one around 2003, and i can't even remember the fuckin name for the life of me). Not really a fan of ja.org though, the censorship makes me uncomfortable.
Anyway, I think you'll see a handful of people coming over who are long-timers, but not all that active on the boards. There're some spirits out there that feel solidarity with the community even though they're not that vocal, like me homey.

Took the dogs to the river for a bit when it cooled down and this is the result, still hyper as can be. But the other two are passed out.
Re: What made your day today?
I just had the most awesome weekend. Took the Tequila Express Saturday morning and arrived at Casa Herradura (a tequila house) They gave us a tour there, showing us how they make tequila and afterwards we had some really great food and there was some mariachi and folkloric dancers. There was a dj too so we danced. Anyway I was fine, but on our way back to Guadalajara, we had like lots and lots of tequila and after that, I had an episode like in The Hangover. I totally recommend this trip and the cabdrivers in Guadalajara are the best for bearing a bunch of drunk loud girls. We took pictures so it was fun watching them the next day
Re: What made your day today?
USC won yesterday. It was a good day and its only like 93 here today. Also feeling a lot better every day. Oh and learning how to play these guitar parts that Tinariwen plays on their albums.
