Re: NBA
Yep, not sure how much time Bryant will spend up though.
Btw loving the defender's rebranding to South Bay Lakers
As someone who grew up in Manhattan Beach, that secondary logo is fire I need that merch to come out already

Re: NBA
Yeah Bryant is likely going to sign a two way with the South Bay and then the NBA squad which is why I'm glad Gatorade bought into the now G-League. Also those logos are sick, I'm probably going to get a couple hats. I'm really stoked about this season not expecting a bunch but I think this roster is way more balanced than the last 4 years or so.

What the hell is this?
http://www.slamonline.com/nba/report-wa ... ee-agency/Report: Warriors to Target Paul George in Free Agency
Paul George will be one of the most coveted free agents in the NBA next summer, and reportedly, the Golden State Warriors will be in the running for the All-Star forward’s services.
George was traded to OKC in late June, but there’s no telling if he wants to play for the Thunder long-term.
According to The Athletic, Dubs owner Joe Lacob “is going to try and find a way” to acquire PG.
Per ClutchPoints (via the WaPo):
As far as everyone else is concerned, the Oklahoma City Thunder are renting Paul George this coming season. So we already know multiple teams will be lining up to pitch George next summer, most notably the Los Angeles Lakers, but also the Golden State Warriors, according to Tim Kawakami of The Athletic.
Kawakami joined Tim Bontemps on a podcast this week, and said he believes the Warriors will try and make a run at George next summer, adding that Warriors owner Joe Lacob “is going to try and find a way.”

Ya Cavs won that trade...everyone in the NBA knew Irving wanted out that should have lowered his trade value...just like when everyone knew Paul George wanted outcreep wrote:I don't like the trade at all for Boston. They gave up way too much . poor IT just can't stay with a team.
Re: NBA
He's got to be bummed...Celtics were the 1 seed and now they have 3 players left from last season...that's a brutal thing for any fan base...plus that Brooklyn pick is prob gonna be pretty high... it's all a waiting game to judge this trade...if Kyrie resigns with Boston and that pick isn't so high it may end up being worth it...but with how emotionally exhausting last season was with IT and how that fanbase rallied behind him it has to be a sad time for Celtic fans...they are not a better team today...but time will tellArtemis wrote:I wonder if SR has heard the news.
Re: NBA
They had to do something but at the same time there was not a lot they could really prove aside from Magic being an asshat on TV since when he likely talked to PG he was not officially acting as a Laker at the timekv wrote:Lakers got off with 500k fine
Kinda annoying if the players do the exact same shit nothing happens (see LeBron just about every season)...but whatever not my money...just glad it's over and we didn't lose a pick
