I was too, but I think we'll be fine in the long run.

NOLA is having a fire sale this offseason. I've heard the only players on the team not being shopped are Brees and Cooks. And I don't think this week is the end, as I wouldn't be surprised if Mickey Loomis has one more wtf sale or purchase up his sleeve.

Just do what I've done. Buckle up, sit tight, and enjoy this bonker of an offseason! :thumb:

By the way, looks like we may be getting C.J. Spiller, which is a bit exciting.

Hopefully Brandon Browner will clear up our CB issues as well.

If I was that kid on the niners, I would of played one more year and then called it quits. He only made 500 grand last season. Nowdays thats barely enough to pay the rent.

Some strong testimony from Patriots owner Robert Kraft yesterday. From what I gathered, kraft told the courtroom he saw Aaron a day or two after the murder and Aaron told him he was not involved, and nowhere near the scene of the crime because he was at a nightclub during that exact time period. The only problem is Aaron is seen on his own security system arriving home within minutes of the gunshot being reported.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :scared:
it's now official. for sure the eagles are looking to draft a qb. no way they can count on bradford and sanchez. a healthy bradford maybe but that is asking a lot.
Oh yeah, it's happening. Unless everything just falls apart for Chip with people backing out.

Well, i suppose, I couldn't even think who their quarterback even is, let alone a bad one...... :hs:

Maybe they want somebody established though, could trade for , uh........ Bradford!

Looks like Cleveland wants Bradford, Titans could still get a good pick if they aren't hot on Mariota.

That does mean Sanchez would start I suppose. risky.

Titans could be okay for Mariota, just please, please, please not jax........

Love the Gordon pick.. along with getting Franklin in FA I think they're actually going to try to run the ball again for once.

:bored:
Whisenhunt said the team already has done work on offensive revisions that will suit Mariota, who the Titans expect will be their Day 1 starter, displacing last year's sixth-round pick, Zach Mettenberger. The coach said the plan was to push Mariota while "incorporating what he does well."
Lame Ducks

Marcus Mariota will look to buck the trend of Oregon QBs struggling in the NFL. None of the five Ducks signal-callers drafted since 1999 have thrown more TDs than INTs in their NFL careers.

Round

TD-INT

Dennis Dixon (2008) 5th 1-2
Kellen Clemens (2006) 2nd 15-20
Joey Harrington (2002) 1st 79-85
A.J. Feeley (2001) 5th 28-31
Akili Smith (1999) 1st 5-13

-- ESPN Stats & Information

Well, Mariota is different, it will be interesting to see. Never thought I would root for the Titans. Whisenhunt seems like a legitimate (took Arizona to SB) and nice fellow though, that helps. but Tennessee...? hmmmm...oh well.

Anybody have a good live stream link for the Ten-TB game? My links suck and addblockers not working correctly. Otherwise it's the Raiders. :banghead:

I'm with you. I stayed up late Sunday to watch Eli Manning and the Giants coaches turn into a bunch of fucking idiots for the last 2 minutes of a game they pretty much stole and gave back at the end.

We are hoping to relocate sometime next summer - we've been to the phoenix area a few times as my wife is looking at the university there for her doctorate...will have to pick your brain for insider tips!

I avoid this thread because I am so pissed about the Rams potentially moving that I'm not talking NFL with anyone until it's resolved.

That said, I was on the jumbo-tron a few times on Sunday. I brought the cliche D Fence sign but added a Rams horn to the D. :) My son enjoyed seeing dad on the "big TV." Good times.
