So much bullshit flying around the media. Conflicting stories from ESPN and Olshey saying LA is leaving or not. Fans are pissed. This is LeBron level pissed off fans if he leaves. He said in an interview a year ago he wants to go down, as "the greatest Blazer ever". He has been on course for it, but if he leaves, especially to the fucking Lakers, he'll be the most hated. So sick of the media pushing this idea all players want to play in big markets The city is "too small", "too white", it rains too much. :blah: I sometimes feel we have the worst luck. We get so close to a championship or have tons of promise, and bam, injuries like a plague, free agent leaves, almost sign a big name and........no.

I wonder who has worse luck in the past 30 years?
Kings?
Bucks?
Knicks are fucking awful.
I use to say Golden State, until this year
Clippers have bad luck. They will never win it seems
Cavs?
Sonics are gone.....

Ya guy...just fucking give him to us already...just think of it as paying the Lakers back for that hope we gave you in that wcf game 7 before we ripped your hearts out...that's as close as you are allowed...i mean hell you'd look pretty tight rocking an la purple and gold lma jersey...give me your hand...we'll pull you on board the wagon of rings

As far as worst teams ever it has to be clippers (ya they are big now but have still been horrible forever and never made it out of second round) or the timberwolves..hell Toronto has always been horabad too

I actually really like the pick of Anthony Brown and that they're bringing in Upshaw and Brandon Ashley for the summer league as well. Anthony Brown is a great shooter something that the Lakers haven't had in quite sometime.

it's looking like rondo to the kings. :conf:

this franchise is pretty embarrassing now.

it also leaked that the kings reached out to john calipari. has to make george karl feel great. looks like demarcus is trying to get another coach fired like he did to westphal. he actually liked mike malone but our owner decided to fire him because he wanted to play up tempo.

on the bright side our arena is looking like an arena

Having Rondo on the Kings would be terrible. They would be the worst tempered team ever.

i agree. the only positive is that it would most likely be a 1 year deal and if he is smart he would change his ways to get a big contract the next year.

Bill Simmons ‏@BillSimmons 6m6 minutes ago
Sources: The Kings have filed papers with the NBA to officially change their name to the Sacramento Kings of Comedy.
pretty much...kings just gave the sixers nick stauskus, jason thompson, and carl landry plus a couple first round draft picks for..........nothing. a salary dump to sign players that don't want to come here.

crazy

the kings player that has been on the team for the longest amount of time is now demarcus. :dunce:
Adrian Wojnarowski ‏@WojYahooNBA 6m6 minutes ago

Sacramento can clear cap space, but Kings are starting to understand: They'll have to overpay to bring players into that chaotic situation.

after throwing stupid money at wes matthews and his blown out achilles (he took less money to play in dallas) and stupid money at monta ellis (he took less to sign with the pacers) we ended up signing rondo and belinelli. considering what we offered the other two guys i'm happy with what the kings got. i like belineli a lot. rondo only a one year deal and he is playing for his basketball career. if they can actually get along and have chemistry it's a pretty good starting lineup.

I'm liking the potential of Russell, Clarkson, and Randle playing together and growing up together. Also Robert Upshaw if he puts in the work is going to be the steal of the century. Off Court issues dropped him from a top 10 pick to undrafted but when he was playing he was averaging 11p 8r 4.5b in 24 mins a game.

I think the Kings will win more games than the Blazers next season. We lost almost everyone. WTF? Yet again, rebuilding.

The Blazers have a good core though. They got younger and more athletic and they're putting a more Dame oriented team out there. The team is all under 25 and they have like 30 mill in cap space.

Lakers just signed Lou Williams to a 3 year deal. Adding him and Hibbert seems like an actual win for Mitch and co this offseason. Fill two needs on the team without overpaying and not taking playing time away from the kids.

Yeah I saw that too either way picking up Hibbert, Williams, Bass to play with the kids and Kobe (provided he stays healthy) is a good balance of youth and vets. Could be a fun team to watch this year.
