Don't know the owner, but I share your opinion on Largo. I used to go a lot when it was over by Canter's. )for private parties that's nice. I have never been in it except to "tour" it with him...never to see a performance. At the old place, way back I went quite frequently as well. I spent quite a few drunk nights there...One was the year Spacey won the Oscar for whatever movie he beat Tim Roth for in Rob Roy (years ago )....probably Usual Suspects...anyways, I thought TR was an amazing villain and actor in this flick and that Spacey was one dimensional and Roth got robbed etc 
...anyways, Spacey leans over my friends shoulder and stares right at me and tilts his head. Probably saved myself a fierce package grab....my friend too.
