This was a good trade for LA.
I don't know....giving up another 1st round pick in hopes of making the playoffs this year. they are 25-30. :noclue:
I think the trade was worth it to get rid of RW. The return is pretty decent. The guys are still young and pretty good, imo. The Lakers are already better. I think it's possible for them to get a play off spot, but not beyond the first round. I think it's a good move to improve the morale of the team too.

The Raptors trade to acquire Poeltl again is odd We do need a center and I'm glad Khem Birch is gone. He's always injured.

The Kings didn't have to make a move, you should be proud of that.

Danny Ainge was one heck of an athlete . Only player ever to be first team all- American in football, basketball, and baseball.

I'm not sure if there's a difference between tanking or just playing terrible . Either way the bulls are doing both.

At this point, as much as I love him as a Bull, I wish the same.

I'm really baffled at this point why they even tried on the buyout market, let alone sign Pat Beverly. They currently have about the same percentage of probability of making the play-in for a POSSIBLE shot at the playoffs as they do for tracking toward getting the lottery spot to get Wembanyama.

Other than the stubborn track of "We said at the beginning of the season that the playoffs were out goal", it makes absolutely zero sense why they are going the route they are. A lot of shit has happened in between staying that goal at the beginning of the season and where you are now. Adjust your goals to your current situation.

I was just checking the scores from last night ...176-175 Kings beat Clippers in double OT! creep, did you watch that game?

"It is only the second time in the NBA's 76-year history that both teams have scored at least 170 points. Detroit beat Denver 186-184 in triple overtime on Dec. 13, 1983, in what remains the highest-scoring NBA game. "

Billy Donovan really flubbed by not making any adjustments and not playing Vooch and Drummond together more. He also should have challenged when Pat Bev was requesting.

Agreed on all points. It was funny how he spent a good bit of pre-game talking about Toronto's incredible length and domination on offensive rebounds. His answer -- small ball lineups all the way through! :eyes:

I understand being hesitant to call for a review when there is a ton of time left just in case you really need it, but oof. The fact that he didn't call for any reviews, and there were a couple more instances after Pat's foul that could have definitely been challenged (Pascal's defensive down slaps). Really damn frustrating.

Raptors are always impressive. Defensive adjustments were greatly done all game.

Julius Randle had a good qoute the other day.regarding load management. "I put way too much into it to take games off. I understand the science and all that different stuff behind it. But I guess I have my own science. I just put way too much into my body, for me personally to cheat myself out of being available for my team."
