Wow, love that pic of your Dad! No doubt you had some "feels" ( or whatever the kids say today) when you saw it. I would frame that pic.

Your midlife crisis present to yourself is nice! Like you said, you only live once, so why not?! That made me realize that I am past midlife now..lol. Not old, but not so young either.

Oh, and awesome that you could rescue that guy.
Yeah my dad was a cool dude, I didn't get much time with him so I love that picture. I'm actually having my buddy make a fancy frame for it.

The last pictures I have that he took of me.

I'm only 40 but at the same time the pandemic showed me nothing is promised, I took a lot of time to just step away from everything but now its time to say fuck it.

I think this one is FAR superior. It's unbelieveable in every way.

Why he went from that to that all girl band in the last years is a mystery.

My mother mailed me a box of things she found of mine that were in her garage. In it was this Thrasher magazine from January 1988.

I started my subscription in 1986 and had every issue up until about 1997, but I left them all at my parents house and even though she has told me repeatedly she never tossed them in the garbage they are nowhere to be found. It's nice to know that at least one of them has survived!

I finished the game Red Dead Redemption 2 last night (it's awesome btw)

While watching the credits scroll I saw that Mike Watt played bass for the music in the game.

I thought that was cool.
