It'll be a mircale if we get through that pool. We lost against Spain & Australia in recent years. You're prediction isn't that unlikely. Chile has only gotten better since that last world cup. The Netherlands not so much. We have some outstanding players, but our complete defense still plays in the Dutch competition, we'll get to know that.Larry B. wrote:

I think we only get a few thousand tickets per match.

I think I might have found a sweet house in Flagstaff. I'm going to fly out there next week to check it out.

I will be sure to write your name around my nipples and rub them violently every time Belgium scores.Mescal wrote:I'm jealous. + half of the population of Belgium with me.Larry B. wrote:

Here's Rob Ford dancing at a Pentecostal church from Saturday night. I wonder if he smoked up before going on.

As of this morning I weigh 189. Back in early September when I made the decision to shed some weight I was 213 ( ). Think my high school weight was 185. Feels really good. My goal was 190, but I'm going to try to get to high school weight to see what that feels like.

Very nice! Can I ask how, in general terms, did you manage to do it? I've been wanting to get rid of some fat for quite a while.blackcoffee wrote:As of this morning I weigh 189. Back in early September I stopped drinking alcohol, committed to more exercise, and reduced my overall daily caloric intake. For the last 10 years I've traveled for work, and for the most part enjoyed eating out without much discretion. I didn't gain significantly until the last few years. I'd usually hovered around 200lbs.Larry B. wrote: Very nice! Can I ask how, in general terms, did you manage to do it? I've been wanting to get rid of some fat for quite a while.

traveling, eating out and expense accounts with my last job got me to 220. unemployment, eating right and exercise got me to 190.blackcoffee wrote:Back in early September I stopped drinking alcohol, committed to more exercise, and reduced my overall daily caloric intake. i just eat six balanced healthy <300 calorie meals a day for the most part. i only get hungry when i don't get enough sleep and then i fall off the wagon and eat pizza, burritos, mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches.

Re: What made your day today?
I finally gained some weight this year, my only guilty pleasure are chips, nuts in different styles and chocolates. Though I have noticed that with age I have stopped eating them as much as I used to. Even if I have one eat all the junk food that you can day, walking and running has helped me keep my weight.
I'm just not good at counting calories, I just stop eating when I feel fullfilled. My sister was anorexic as a teenager and she was crazy about counting calories. Guess I got sick of that.
