Aint No Right

I am thankful for my health and the health of my family and all of the opportunities I have been provided in the last year.

This last year has really been a game changer......

It's not like me to eat sugary things, but after eating too much succulent turkey, stuffing, squash, and Brussels sprouts, I had two different types of homemade pie (pecan and pumpkin), and some ice cream cake to boot. I went for a brisk walk, but by that time it was already too late. If you want to fight the sugar coma, the walk's got to happen right after you eat. You can't sit around for an hour or more, then walk.
