it sucks to rip a team away from a city that supports them.
san diego is close enough where die hards can make the drive 8 times a year.
nobody wants the raiders....

I expect you're right KV but this article points out why they may decide to try again in SD. Namely $.
http://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/new ... o-returns/
and since I'm currently looking for a condo in the East Village I hope they decide to rekindle the idea of a stadium downtown.

They are coming to LA every single beat writer agrees
They just can't say yes yet because they have to negotiate with the rams as they were partnered with the raiders till yesterday...if the chargers stay they lose 30 of TV market once raiders take their spot...never happenings
San Diego had 14 years to OK a stadium...fuck em
Chargers are coming home to LA!

I like him to, was really disappointed when he left oregon.
Most nfl coaches seem to really like him as well, just nfl players not so much. Oregon players really liked him, he just needs time to build a team of young players who have no expectations. I wonder if Jed will give him time to do that.

Rooting for a Cards/Broncos super bowl.....so bet on the opposite happening. I really don't want to root for the Pats, but if they're playing against "Superman" I'm all for the Pats.

Lol. It's just a game. I was surprising excited about this last game after largely ignoring sports in general as of late. Deflategate, SB history on the line, etc. Odd kv, and yes....great run through injuries, but we looked cursed in this game. No excuses...just an off day for everyone at the wrong time simultaneously.
What's with the cam and Peyton hating btw? I'd be glad to see either win.

Well, this is the matchup I hoped for! Denver and Carolina seem like the two least assholish fans mucking up the City for the next two weeks. NE, Pitt, DC, Seattle ---
all no good! And Arizonans are just weird.
They've already closed half of downtown to traffic and pedestrians. The mayor said; "Bow down to the corporate overlords you sniveling peons!" Or something like that.....

I agree. I remember a Thursday night game a few years ago where the Giants were blowing out the Panthers. Newton takes one in and does his whole superman schtick. Dude, you are getting blown the fuck out! I know he's not the only one but he's just so over the top with every first down, his dancing and his superman shit.
