define superfan. I think TGEA is sickeningly boring and tame, for the most part, and I half like Strays and love 1.0 and Relapse, does that make me a superfan :noclue: Guess not, a superfan loves everything they've done so none of us are in that boat

I would agree that anyone who found their way to this board is a superfan.

It's true that I don't own any JA albums. However, I do have a couple of JA CDs.

I am not a superfan.

I don't see a lot of "asking" going on... c'mon guys stop fucking around with your own little private conversations and get "aksing"... (man I love that mispronunciation)

Clickie,
What are your thoughts on the word "epitome"? Do you like it? Do you ever use it? Should it be used more in general conversation?

I find that word to be a masterpiece among modern vocabulary. I feel sorry for all the people who won't give it a try. I use it fairly often.

mmm. i like that..

Two large grocery chains started selling cheap bread loaves recently. A couple of months later two franchise bakeries (one each next to the aforementioned chain grocery stores in the shopping centers near me) have suddenly closed. I was sad about the closures.

What do you think about these instances of "the man" stomping all over the little bloke (even though said bakeries' prices were too high for even a standard loaf of bread and their hygiene practices were dubious at best)? Do you agree that it's unAustralian?

Sorry nausea I just answered one of yours, let me see who else had their hand raised first..

It's been a while since I've watched the Oscars. I'll probably skip this one again, I'm only interested in the main categories and even then only as a curiosity. I used to throw huge oscar parties with a giant ice sculpture and everything.

Do you think Gravity will win any Oscar (just won best special effects)? Also, which is your favorite nominated movie and a more recent one? Your all time favorite?

Who had the best dress tonight?

I think Cate Blanchett and Lupita Nyong'o had the nicest dresses.

Haven't paid much attention to Cate's but I loved Lupita's, she looks beautiful. Btw, I've always wondered why a Kenian was named 'Lupita'. She was born in Mexico.

Trying to convince people that you arent a janes superfan is a dead giveaway that you are a superfan.
