last night I was in a Halloween store with a friend who needs a costume for the party Saturday night.

Now I make my own costumes, for good reason. The women's costumes are ridiculous. There were maaaaaaaaaybe 5 or 6 that weren't stripper costumes. My friend wanted either red riding hood or Dorothy from the wizard of oz

This is what you find:

I don't remember Judy Garland looking like that

or

I don't remember Red riding hood wearing S&M boots.

BTW if your over the age of 40, none of these look cute on you.

I didn't end up dressing up like a devilled egg or going out. I decided to hand out candy at mother's house instead. She has macular degeneration in both eyes now and can't see very well. Anyway, it was fun. I think about 40-50 kids came. The weather was pretty decent, just started raining about 9ish. By then we didn't have any more kids, so it worked out.

do you know we didn't take any decent pictures
My friend took ONE of me but you can't see the makeup job

The best had to be on Sunday I woke up and still had the ice effects in my hair (I washed my face prior to bed but wasn't going to shower and wash my hair at 1am) noticed I didn't get my sunday paper delivered. So I put my hair up in a clip and walked to 7-11 in my PJ's and Halloween hair. The guy behind the counter looked at me like I was a crazy person
