we are also very hard workers and have built this country into what it is today, for right or wrong.
I'm not against people working hard. I'm against a country that makes some of their people work 3 jobs so that they can barely ask for credits to feed their family and pay for medicine and education.
Why are you so concerned about our welfare yet you call us all idiots, fat and lazy?
Not all of you. Just a lot.

What I can do is judge someone who thinks the United States is an ethical country who takes good care of their people and it's the savior of the world.
And it's not like the United States have put their imperialism in the past. It's ever-present.
Your ignorance is really on full display here. I don't know why you are so concerned with US blood and treasure. As for imperialism there is an argument to be made in favor of policing the world as well. Look at Libya. Don't get me wrong, I marched in NYC with a million others in strong opposition to the second Iraq war, but I have met a half dozen refugees from Iraq and they have all stated that Saddam had to go, the country was generally stable but he was killing their people. They all supported the US invasion. Not cut and dry as you seem to so simply to make it....
See? 'Policing the world'... I mean, what the fuck is that? The US doesn't police the world, it protects its economic interests by means of war or destabilization.
You have met refugees from Iraq and they told you Saddam had to go. How many Americans have you met who had said that Obama has to go? Or that Bush had to go? Or Chaney? Why don't you go on a full scale attack on your own murderers? Unless you think Bush/Chaney and Obama's governments have not killed their own people.
Destabilization is a trademark of the US. It happened in Chile and Cuba and it's happening in Libya, Syria, Iran and who knows where else. Is it because they care?! SURE! Because they care about socialism not working (i.e., Chile 1970-1973 and Cuba) and they really (really) care about oil.
Have you ever played the board game Risk? What the US is doing right now is like when you tried to expand your empire but left a bunch of countries with only 1 troop. The US is bankrupt, but it'll try to stretch anyway so that it can conquer a continent on the board and get 10 reinforcements the next turn.
And once again, I'll insist: it's not so much about all Americans as it's about their political and military leaders and the bunch of people who eat their bullshit and fully support them no matter what.
