inkmaster update from episode 3: dave wore two different goofy saying tshirts tonight. one was jesus on the cross with "follow back" on it and the other was the venus de milo with the words "i wish i had arms to slap you all".

And time and time again, that fucker kept pulling out his black and grey skills.
Ballsy as fuck by the marine to take him on, but St. Marq's own ego was his downfall.
Surprising twist. Didn't see that coming. I figured St. Marq would make it to the finals.

based on the back pieces the right guy won but i was surprised he made it to the finale since he had some pretty bad tattoos along the way.

I'm just glad they didn't pull the "based on the report card" shit
But Matt should have been allowed to compete. That's the only thing I don't like about the finale. They always remove one more person 30 damn seconds before determining the winner. He did a 35 hour tattoo, don't let it be for nothing.

when he was floating back and forth, i thought i was watching Hamlet 2 (i may be the only person who has seen and loved this movie). or just a gag in general, it was so ridiculous.
also, kelly not making the final two is bullshit

Ryan got more fan votes because she's pretty (I voted for her).
Gian got in on a stupid reason. Kelly didn't choose to do nu school, America chose that for her, and she got eliminated for it. Ultimately though, she would have looked better had she not pandered to Dave by tattooing his face. I think she lost points for that, mostly.
Ryan beat Gian because Gian didn't meet the challenge. There was almost nothing about that tattoo that was watercolor. Ryan at least met the EXACT challenge she was faced with.
I wouldn't mind if Ryan came back many many more times.
