While I don't agree with everything he says (specifically his approach on what defines a "10/10" record), he does have some great insight and the review is thoughtful and coming from a genuine place (free of blind worship). Thanks for posting, creep. :thumb:

Somehow, this guy discovered the original title Perry had chosen for this album.

EDIT: dude! The other guy also says The Greatest Gay Parties! And that's how it sounds, actually... the greatest gay parties... awesome

Ìnteresting the first guy compares underground to chemical brothers. I get where that is comming from. Reminds me a bit of Memphis Bells by prodigy

Well, it does back up people's theories that it is essentially a Perry Farrell solo album or follow-up to UltraPayloaded.

I watched this at like 3am. What facts did he get wrong?
- Ritual de la Habitual (three times)
- The Panic Channel released "One" in the "early 2000's"
- Apparently no song exceeds 5 minutes on TGEA (Splash does)
- According to him every Jane's song before TGEA was over 5min
- "Irresistible Kill" is a song on TGEA
- He said TGEA coming out 25 years late hurts it (so he was expecting this to be out before XXX and NS...? One Hot Minute coming out 8 years late hurt it too then)

His rating scale is ridiculous imo too.

That said, I liked the review overall. I'm just splitting some hairs. I agree with a lot of his opinions. Just maybe get some facts straight before doing the review that's all.
