I couldn’t get past the first 5 minutes. Just a guy rambling about Janes with a lot of weird visual effects happening.

He sounds like a fan. Why not welcome him?

I enjoyed watching it

You should watch the rest of it, the guy makes some good observations and comparisons that I hadn't heard before.

I like how when he claims Jane's did this or that, he then provides a good example.

"I tried hard to have a father but instead I had a dad"
Sometimes I forget that Jane's broke up in September of 1991 and Nevermind from Nirvana came out that same month.

His interpretation of that kind is very weird to me. He interprets it as Kurt saying instead of having a father, he had Janes music. Assuming he is referencing that song, I believe he’s saying he wanted a father, but like song, his father wasn’t present.

That song isn’t inspired by Janes- he’s explicitly referencing his relationship with his father and his parents divorce

He liked Janes but bikram yoga stretch to make that connection in the video

Again, it’s this strain of fandom. We are c*nts, and elitist. 😂

I never was into Nirvana but when Kurt died my immediate thought was we just lost a great songwriter.
