I was thinking the same thing.

Now Dave has been supportive and even joking about Troy not getting too comfortable

That said…

Given who Perry is I’m kinda surprised that this entire tour he hasn’t been talking about Taylor. Maybe I missed it somewhere—but I’m fairly obsessed with watching clips and shows and there’s been nothing like that in his banter.

I’m grasping at straws I know but again…it’s all very odd.
He also spoke to Josh K on the phone after one of the shows

There is sound check video going around with Troy and Josh… it’s looking less likely Dave is going to play tonight

Maybe there’s still a chance he watches?

I'm betting he's not there, and before they ever play again he'll be out officially and Josh will probably be in. I'd still rather it be Pete. Maybe it still could be.

Hard to say. I'm not sure she's smart enough to know about the story Rolling Stone did and that she's in essence supporting that narrative.

yeah it’s just odd because everyone interviewed for that story said they were misrepresented, and we’ve suspected that there’s been some kind of rift between the FF and JA camp since they weren’t on either tribute bill. And this is gonna sound ridiculous on my part but “a few other projects” included NHC and it is not mentioned by name despite the Dave and Chris connection.

Shows over- he clearly is not even at the venue based on his insta. If he doesn’t want to be in the band that’s his problem. Amazing tour- looking forward to new music

Man…kinda lame.

Josh isn’t perfect but — having a guy in the band that wants to be in the band is gonna be really important.

Seems like Dave might feel like Chaney is his bandmate more than Perry or Eric. I guess who’s to blame him? Even if we roll our eyes at NHC, I bet Dave had more fun playing with that project than he has with Jane’s in a long, long time.

Throwing away a lifetime with Jane’s over a milquetoast musician like Chaney would be super pathetic and comical if that’s the case. Not mincing words…Chris Chaney always fucking sucked, in my book. I’d take Duff’s Addiction 1,000 over before having to endure any more of Chaney’s “watching paint dry” stage presence.

Dave ain’t tripping on Chris Chaney!! 😂 Whatever he’s going through he still saying “Working on new Jane’s songs while the guys doing shows” ..He also quit hosting his tv gig so? .. I don’t know if he is going through withdrawals or relapsed or just mentally fragile right now?.. Him not showing up for a tour that he had absolutely nothing to do with, When there’s was no paycheck in doesn’t mean anything!!.. Who knows maybe it was an insurance issue? .. One thing is clear. We will know really soon now that this tour is finished…My bet is he will reclaim his spot when he is cool 😎 and ready to do so!! ..Dave is an amazing musician and if he ain’t feeling it? ..The show will go on!! ..Btw doesn’t Perry have a P4P thing he wants to do in between?..Bring on Porno for Pyros 🧨 while Dave figures it out!!! ♥️☮️♥️

Ps. If Dave is tripping on anything it’s that everyone is reinvigorated including ya’ll fan boards while he isn’t part of it!!! .. If I was him, I would feel a little bruised, and in my feelings!! .. How quickly they forgot me!! Including his biggest disciple 6767 😂

PP.SS. Dave please come back!! ..There are very few people that touch my heart like you do!! ....Jimmy Page..Jimi Hendrix..David Gillmore.. Tony Iommi .. Randy Rhoads.. Eddie Van Halen.. Alex Lifeson. Angus Young..And You!!! ..I love you Dave!! ♥️☮️♥️

About DN not making an appearance last night, I think it's odd. Yes, he was not part of this tour but he is part of the band as far as we know, so in his hometown turning up to support, even as a spectator for a song or two would have been nice and shown that he's still a part of the team. Like in sports, the injured players still come out to support the team.

Anyway, looking forward to seeing what's next for JA which hopefully, includes DN. If he's not into returning, I would prefer that he quits rather than just going through the motions to collect a pay cheque.

Do we know for sure he wasn't there?

Also, am I wrong that he went from constantly posting his art stuff to posting nothing for the past week?

Random thoughts on that show.
-Love that Perk is wearing a skirt on this tour. Reminds me of '91
-Saw the NS 25 year show on Sunset Fest some years back and left wishing they had played Thank You Boys, so they must have played Ted. Don't recall it, but hearing it here I'd like to see what DN would have done.
-I'd crawl to the moon for one of those blonds
-After 38 years, I can't wait to see what EA and PF come up with
-Would like the real DN story to be revealed
-

I would add that I would like the real injury story to also be revealed. Lots of weird mystery to this tour

I’m waiting for Hoka to release the 10 part “tell all” video interview with Dave Navarro on YouTube.

Then we’ll get to hear “End To The Lies 2”…“You were the labia, I was clitoris!”

Yeah as far as new songs go i'm way more interested in what Eric brings to the table than Perry.

Right? I think I caught PF mentioning a fucked up neck when he spoke about the tour...band members missing family, etc....but the way it was handled was just weird and then weird/fucked up

I wouldn't be surprised if her name is not allowed to be spoken in front of Etty.

Didn’t someone say Dave checks in on this place from time to time?

Hey Dave, talk to us, we have questions
