Has to be Taylor- he drums and sings whenever he goes on tour with Coattail Riders. Looks like a record is coming out soon- can’t believe it’s been ten years since Dave has been on one.

Project is announced but there’s no set release date for the record.

Dave posted some clips of a song in his Instagram stories- it sounds like a mix of coattail raiders, rush (odd time) and janes- to me its very promising and might be the best thing Dave’s been a part of in years.

maybe i just dislike everything but that clip sounds like a generic boring rock song to me.

These songs sound like Taylor Hawkins/Coattail Riders with Dave soloing- it’s nice to see Dave in a creative situation again

I could easily hear Grohl singing this.

The only positive I can say about it is that this is much better than hearing Perry singing about how much he loves Etty's boobs or how he is a real dick head and not the foreskin. I'm sure some Foo Fighter people will enjoy it and maybe six7six7 will light some candles for Dave before shows if they ever play this stuff live, but this does absolutely nothing for me.

It's fine. It's okay, there's nothing actually wrong with it, but it's not great, it's not exciting, it's not very original and as such it is totally consistent with everything Navarro's done this century.
