I went 6 of the first 8 summers it was in Chicago and they did it every damn year except for one, in which Perry and Etty did Jane Says with Slash instead.

There's no argument at all...you basically called Pete Perry's pet. What I know from speaking to Pete is that one reason he's so loyal to Perry is because when he had cancer back in the day Perry paid all of his medical expenses out of his pocket. It's not holding Perry up to say he's such a great guy, but he did a good thing for Pete and he's never forgotten it. How the hell this opens the door that ya'll opened I have no idea...
