I'm telling you, ranks are untapped here. Remember how at xiola people were various beers for a while? That was like a default thing by post count, but it's not hard for an admin to assign individual ones. Being able to give yourself a cool rank is my vote for next thing to keep this board interesting.

I didnt see it as a readily available option in the admin section of this version of PHPBB. Maybe Creep has a better idea. I'll take a look when I have some time if he doesnt find something.

i remember i looked once but then i got confused. if someone really wants some sort of rank based on posts come up with something worthwhile and i will figure out how to do it.

You know I think they should just release EPs like 2-3 songs at a time and I think they should all go somewhere alone for 3 weeks at a time to write the songs, like beach camping or some shit. Its the only way I believe they will write something that is who they are now without the outside influences.

Dave can bring a laptop to play skyrim because that seems to be the only thing he does now, but they should limit it to after he writes a cool part / riff and his reward is to nerd it up.

Yes, I liked the tour and the album, but I didn't LOVE them. Neither does the band I'd suspect. They're content not being labeled a joke and making their bucks.

Seriously. They are a classic band that still has a nice little following that signs along at the shows. If you were lucky enough to witness 1.0 when it was culturally on to something then that's great. Bottom line is they are still rocking and Perry is STILL a great frontman. So what, it's not Underground or 4 artists in the moment anymore. Just enjoy while you still can.

I feel very sad that we missed Europe- but I want to bring to everyone around the world our Theater Of the Escapists show- and right now we would lose money to bring it all. I am still trying to make a trip to Europe financially viable.

How about putting JA in ice, at least for a while, and doing another P4P album with Pete and Perks, Perry? I'm sure that road would produce far more interesting results. The road devoid of any commercial motives. Try it for a change and set yourself (creatively) free. And I do not mean PerryEtty free but you know, moderately free.

Yup. That supposed third PFP that was completely written was said to be myth by Perry. IF they had an album written back in the day ready to record, and could get Watt or Martyn on bass I'd be for it. But from scratch? No. I would love to see Perry work with Pete again though in some capacity.

Perry is the one that said it wasn't written. It was either Pete or Perk that said it was. We know there are at least a couple songs out there. Perry and Pete even performed one (Agua) at Kidzapalooza. It's funny how unremarkable of a song it really was, but still infinitely better than most of what Perry does now. I miss when he wrote songs about something other than glitzy lifestyles and Etty.
