the guy that bought anr ran a successful (at the time) porn website empire. he was a big perry fan i think.
Because I wanted a domain name that corresponded with an album or song title. Aint No Right was one of the few I liked that was available.Jasper wrote:Why are we ANR, anyway?
I feel like I was a big reason why ANR circa mid 2000's was so successful. I feel like I deserve a portion of that 2k.hokahey wrote:It was around 2k. There was a bit of a bidding war. It could've gone higher but I went ahead and sold to the guy that seemed to really want it. I didn't want to drag it out
hey look clickie is alive. maybe people will now believe me when i said clickie wasn't miggy.clickie wrote:I remember when you guys first got the domain name you made a cool video for the song aint no right. Do you still have it?
nice to be reminded every now and then that they used to be the best band ever.Jasper wrote:Why are we ANR, anyway?
Oh yeah, this (16:00) is why:
I can't come up with a better rock band in that time period. That particular version of anr shows what a force of nature they were, even at that late stage. And the stage (the physical one) cramps them together and seems to make them play all crazy like it's 1987.creep wrote:nice to be reminded every now and then that they used to be the best band ever.Jasper wrote:Why are we ANR, anyway?

One of the forum members made that and gave it to me. It was indeed pretty cool. No clue where that is though. It's probably sitting on a hard drive in a land fill somewhere.clickie wrote:I remember when you guys first got the domain name you made a cool video for the song aint no right. Do you still have it?
