We'll have to see...she's a fucking witch so she better. Plus, Jon Harrington's name is still at the beginning, so here's hoping for the best. And I'm with Six7Six7, this episode felt too short. I just hope we get to see less of Dorne. I'm going to be #TeamTyrion again this season. He's got his job cut out for him. Poor Daenerys, though. Where the fuck is Drogon when you need him?

Daenarys will be fine.

She'll convert all these Dothraki, so she'll have even more followers to win the war.

And obviously John Snow will live, I thought there was a consensus about that?

I know only a bit about the Ironborn. Ramsay, Jon Snow, Bran, Sansa, etc. It's all new to me. The recap with Catelyn Stark made me think about Lady Stoneheart.
I'm glad they brought JS back to life instead.

I had to close my eyes during that scene. I have to confess that I love that asshole (Ramsay). He brings the spice to the show.

you didn't miss anything. the show is brutal but they aren't going to show a one day old baby getting eaten by a dog.

no way jon snow is just going to be alive all of a sudden?? the wolf is there for a reason. like some have said i bet he becomes a wolf or some shit.

Mine too. I liked season 4 too (was that the one in which Joffrey and Tywin are murdered?). This one looks like real shit is coming down.

The first thing Harington wants viewers to know after seeing his revival: “Sorry!” the 29-year-old says in the above video excerpt. “I’d like to say sorry for lying to everyone. I’m glad that people were upset that he died. I think my biggest fear was that people were not going to care. Or it would just be, ‘Fine, Jon Snow’s dead.’ But it seems like people had a, similar to the Red Wedding episode, kind of grief about it. Which means something I’m doing — or the show is doing — is right.”

Pretty good episode. Looks like there are no old kings/lords left anywhere.

The Jon Snow resurrection was the least surprising thing ever. I thought they’d do it at the end of the first episode. Then I thought it would be the end of the second one, and it finally panned out. When they talked about building a pyre to burn the body, I thought that might be when the resurrection would happen, and Jon would be unburnt, Targaryan style, but no. If Jon's a Targ (fan theory — not a spoiler) they're not yet ready to confirm it.

Now it’s only a question of what we’ll get in terms of Jon’s personality.

Who was the one that killed Theon's father? Was it the one that ran against his daughter in the Kingsmoot (or was that only in the books?)

Why did he speak of rescuing Theon? I thought he disliked Theon?

That was Euron Greyjoy
Euron Greyjoy is a recurring character in the sixth season who was previously alluded to in the first season. He is portrayed by Pilou Asbæk, and debuts in “Home”. Euron is the younger brother of King Balon Greyjoy, and the eldest uncle of Theon and Yara Greyjoy.

Euron Greyjoy is the younger brother of Balon Greyjoy, head of House Greyjoy, Lord Reaper of Pyke and self-fashioned King of the Iron Islands.

Euron has spent the last few years as a pirate, reaving from Oldtown to Qarth and beyond. He once lost his senses during a storm whilst sailing on the Jade Sea, and his crew was forced to tie him to the mast to prevent him from jumping overboard. When he was let down after the storm, he had all their tongues ripped out.

The one who ran against Yara was the older brother and it hasn't happened yet in the show. They might change that. I don't remember Euron talking about rescuing Theon. Yara talked about her failed attempt.

I said this to a friend last week that since Jon Snow had died, that his watch had ended.

In previous seasons there was one thing or another during an episode that I wasn't really interested in, but so far I'm feeling none of that. Which makes me love everything about each episode they've shown so far for this season.

The 3 eyed raven can go fuck himself. I'm not surprised we didn't get to see what Ned found in the tower, but still...RIP Shaggydog.

We didn't see what he found in the tower because we're not supposed to know that is where he found Jon.
