And I am a big fan of Stannis right about now...
Aaaaaand now you have to wait three weeks for another episode.
I've always been pretty pro-Stannis. I mean aside from the lord of light thing, that's no good. Old gods all the way. Anyway, Stannis IS the rightful king. That's just a fact, so everybody best bend the damn knee.
If I had my way, it would be Tyrion But since that will never be the case, I'm going for Dany. I'd love a Stark, but they are always hanging on a thread, so I won't waste my breath

If they are sticking with the books, I know
thanks guys for not spoiling anything.
i guess we know who the next major character to die is.

C'mon, people who haven't read the books and/or watched the leaks don't want to know anything about it, including Dany being in deep shit by episode four and Stannis being even more of a badass. The leaks shouldn't override the non-spoilery nature of the thread.
You could always start a third thread, "Game of Thrones thread for people who have watched the GoT leaks and/or read the books, but agree not to discuss anything from the books past the timeline of the leaks".
I watched the third episode last night because I'll be really busy tonight and tomorrow and I've got to try to go to bed early. It was a good episode. I had to try really hard not to watch the fourth one. Luckily I fell asleep, and I now realize that I'd have fallen asleep even if I'd started in on it. I've passed through the high risk zone, so I don't think I'll have any problem waiting a week to watch ep. 4. Better than waiting two weeks.
Last night I watched episode four, so I'm all caught up on the leaks. I enjoyed it. Good pacing. Lots of things moving forward and various things being set up.
Is it just me or doesn't anyone else find it weird watching a GoT actor/actress out of their characters? The other day I saw a trailer with the guy who plays Ser Jorah, even though he looked the same, it was so weird to hear him speak in common English. Same with Kit Harrington aka Jon Snow. Just saw a picture of him without his long locks and beard.
I do enjoy watching Bronn's other show (Ripper Street) whenever I remember. Didn't know he had a brief relationship with Lena aka Cersei:
Flynn was reportedly linked to Game of Thrones co-star Lena Headey, however the relationship ended on bad terms, resulting in the couple being kept apart on-set.

I thought it was going to be something else, but it was pretty cool and with lots of blood Plus, the Sand Snakes (Oberyn's daughters) were great, although I pictured them sexier and more badass. Guess we will see...
edit: was tonight's episode 3 or 4? I don't remember

Anyway, the most recent episode was really good. It sucks that the first time we really get to see why Barristan Selmy is such a legendary badass, he ends up dying. We really had to wait a long time to see him do some serious battling, and I wanted to see him do some more. At least he dispatched a whole bunch of those Sons of Harpy before he died. To paraphrase Beowulf, he was a good knight!

do you remember all of their names and the spelling or do you have to look them up?

It depends. I had no trouble remembering his name, but I think I spelled it Barriston or something, then when I went to grab a photo I saw that I was one letter off, so I fixed it. Now you know.

It seemed like he might have sort of maybe possibly hanging onto life, but then Grey Worm checks him real quickly, and it seems like a confirmation that he's dead.

I thought the one with the short hair was super sexy. I didn't like the speech by the one who speared the guy in the head. I thought it was really corny.

I still don't buy it
I'm telling you, the bastards killed him off. I don't want to believe it either. I'll be happy to be wrong.

The disease [greyscale]—a highly contagious one—not only toughens and greys the skin, but can spread inward to harden the victims’ insides.Viewers don’t need to know every specific of the book version of this disease—there are fatal and non-fatal kinds, it can go slow or quick—but they do need to understand the stigma associated with it. The closest real-world equivalent is leprosy and the environment of fear and ignorance around how greyscale works is why poor Shireen is treated like an outcast by her own mother.
Totally unnecessary. I don't know why they did that.

I think her mother's got more problems than just that.
