Loved Sam in it.....almost like he played his part like the character from his best play, Buried Child. Good show.

Season 1 spoiler if you haven't watched.....

I'm about to start season 2. My only fear is now that Danny's dead will the cover up be an interesting enough story? All the acting was great in season 1 but the guy playing Danny stole the show. Even when he was doing despicable things you still rooted for him.

i'm halfway through and it is ok. it doesn't get good until episode 5 or so. definitely not as good as the first season. i still hate anytime kevin is on screen. i hate his character. he is such a whiny little bitch. danny's son does a really good danny and i guess it's ok how they are using danny this season.

I finished watching season 2 and liked it overall. I agree with creep that the first season was better and that it took about 4 or 5 episodes to get into it.

Sissy Spacek's talent was underused, imo. I think the writers could have made her character a little more interesting.

Initially I didn't like Danny's kid, Nolan, but he grew on me eventually.

Watched the first 7 episodes and like the season so far. Can't match season 1 but still good.

I agree, Kevin is super fucking annoying. The actors name is Norburt Butz and I call my 2 and 1/2 year old that when he yells and whines over some ridiculous bullshit.

just finished it.

he last few episodes were great i thought. i loved the scene where marco was interrogating john.

my only complaint was how it ended. too many cliffhangers. i like when season finales wrap most everything up.

it does make me look forward to season 3 though.

apparently season 3 isn't a sure thing. something to do with expiring tax incentives that florida was giving shows to film there.

I agree with you on the ending. I thought they were setting up the season 3 villain by having that creepy rich guy buy Kevin's business and fund John's campaign. I assumed if they were doing that the existing storyline would be resolved. All in all I liked this season a lot, not as much as season 1, but more than 99% of what's on nowadays. I hope it comes back.

1st episode of season 3 was pretty good. Rayburn's give me anxiety with their poor decisions.

Didn't love the first episode. Still hate the annoying spastic brother and he is right back to his annoying spastic ways.

6 episodes in....I want to jump into my TV and strangle that jittery dumbass Kevin. 60% into season 3, I like it. Nothing will top season 1 with Danny but season 3 is as good as 2.

I just finished the last season. It was pretty good and I like the way it ended except for the shitty second to last episode.

Another series gone forever... :wavesad:

Creep....you liked the ending? In case anyone's reading this, spoiler alert!, I thought it was a lame cop out. Leftovers was awesome because it was an ambiguous story about a phenomenon/tragedy and how people coped. Bloodline was a story about a family where the story was established in the first episode and it played out over the season, more like a procedural crime show. When dumbass Kevin got busted I thought John was gonna kill him self. I really don't like the ending. Overall it was really good and I guess I'll assume John spilled his guts to Nolan.

Anyway, yeah, another show bites the dust.

Yeah...I thought it pretty much wrapped everything up without being too over the top.

A week later....yeah, it was okay. Still letdown, season 1 was so good and 2 and 3 could never live up the season 1.
