i was stunned to see in the entertainment column of this mornings paper that dan hicks is going to play here this Saturday. went digging thru his stuff and found this video of this 1990 version of his '69 classic, 'i scare myself'

which sound reminds me of this

killer show. dan played 'i scare myself' tonight.(i videoed it an will upload it soon) the show was in the historic part of Vegas in a elementary school built in 1938 which sold out with 350 seats at $10 a ticket. diffidently for the love of music and not for profit
