they ripped off themselves in part of that song. The breakdown or bridge to the last chorus sounds very close to parts of By the way

ok video I guess. Seems like they had a budget to work with as opposed to Jane's in the Underground video

Conceptually speaking, it's a good video and it has a cool look.

That being said...please Anthony and Flea, for the love of God...put some fucking clothes on. The schtick is starting to get creepy and gross.

And let's be real here. The young girls who are frolicking around in Anthony and Flea's respective rooms should both be in Josh's.

If anybody is going to see RHCP in the mid west, I suggest getting to the show in time to see Little Dragon. They're a band from Switzerland I heard for the first time in the fall. I think they're quite good.

little dragon is amazing, one of my favorite bands from the last couple of years.

saw them at coachella.

also, the songs she did with the gorillaz that same year at coachella rank among some of my favorite moments of live music.

I concur. Their last album was great.

They also collaborated with Dave Sitek on his solo project, Maximum Balloon.

Frucsiante wasn't either. I wonder if DN was actually inducted.....it would be unthinkable that JF wasn't.

Because I think he has ridden on the coatails of nothing more than being a celebrity for being a celebrity for 2 decades, and I don't think his contribution to the Peppers was vast or substantial by any stretch of the imagination.

Agreed...but if he isn't inducted for Jane's, that would just be wrong.

Agreed there....all of them, but not Sitek; he's to Jane's what DN was to the Chilis.....

Note to all: Yeah, yeah, I know DN toured with the RHCP... :blah:

Chaney shouldn't get an induction either.

:
please, that's not fair to Dave. Dave was a lot more to Chili's than that Sitek guy was to Jane's. Lots of people love, love, love One Hot Minute, and I'm one of them. It's my favorite album of theirs possibly. That or BSSM. Every song on there is good, that's a lot more than you can say about an album like By The Way.

And if Dave hadn't joined in 93 what would have happened to the Chili Peppers? Would they still have existed in 98 so Frusciante could make a comeback? Very not certain at all
