It's been 24 years since I have seen Jane's at Irvine Meadows. My son just texted that I should go (and to the LC show at the Music Tastes Good fest in LB. I scoffed and politely replied, but looking at seats they aren't prohibitive for the orchestra level. I'm seriously considering it. I'll revisit after I get some food tonight.
If you go, you can do an A/B test, though I think at this time it will be an A/Z test...

After watching the livestream from Lolla, I feel confident in saying I never want to see this band again.

I fully appreciate the almost everything that is said about the band and I sincerely echo it. But I can't deny the selective memory that resonates from first encountering NS and RDLH. Every time I see them, DN will hit a chord or Perk's kick will drive right through me and I am transported. It's impossible to tune out PF.....this is too true, and sad.

I last saw them at the Sunset Music fest where they played NS (sans thank you boys) and I lost it in a good way.....left drenched and exhausted. At this advanced age, I am sort of pleased I still have some sentimentality left.

Still on the fence.....

A/B test meaning comparing the two Irvine shows...

A/Z test meaning this time the "B" would be so far from the "A" it is a "Z"..... maybe not my best work..

I am so leaning towards this.....my wife actually wants to go with the VF/Cult additions to the Jane's bill.

She's a teacher and we won't be able to get on the road until 3....show starts at 4.....I can see it taking over 2 hours.....I don't want to miss Garbage as I love seeing Butch struggle on the kit and I love Shirley.....always like seeing EA as well

First world problem thread..... :blah:

Been waiting on stubhub thinking the prices would go down. Not so.
