Re: “Agua” out 11/16

I can see this being a great closer to their set as a sentimental, bittersweet farewell. "I smile and swim away, you'll always be there in my heart." It's the first thing since Kettle Whistle from Perry where I feel compelled to listen to it on repeat. I'd so much rather Perry sing about dolphins th...

Re: P4P FAREWELL Tour Dates.....

I live outside of Philly, But the Xcite center fucking blows, so I got tickets for Silver Spring MD. So in case anyone is thinking of the Philly show, you may want to consider MD, NJ, or NY as a better option. I’m probably doing Xcite. What’s wrong with it? Looks like a ballroom. I will say I thoug...

It's the type of song that's been missing since Eric. I would for you 2.0. it's a lullaby. I'm surprised they introduced new material with this, but I like it.

My wife is an IV nurse who deals frequently with Heroin users. She's pretty certain that that is an abscess from injecting. So devastating.

Re: Movies

Probably the one thing above all that bugged me was they went to great lengths to tie the movie in with the discovery of the "Space Jocky" (aka Engineer) and it's wrecked spacecraft in the original Alien film, but fucked up two key things either for some arcane reason or sheer lazy writing - The En...

my short review of Prometheus from Rotten Tomatoes: "A big, beautiful, overreaching, portentous, wildly ambitious, uneven, stick with you rendition of "Planet of Vampires" or some other schlocky B grade Science Fiction. It sweeps you into it's world and propels you along with equal doses of terror a...

Re: How are ya' likin the new Jane's record.

I always like it better while listening to it than I do in hindsight. Its a pretty good album but the band just doesn't do it for me in any way any more. There are so many other bands that I find much more relevant and interesting. What's up dilla??

It's not bad. I recently listened to the album straight through for the first time in a couple months. I really enjoyed it. I enjoy it more while listening to it that I do in hind site.

Homely? http://cdn1.ouchpress.com/thumbs/celebrities/231781-anne-hathaway-180x180.jpg Anne Hathaway is way more attractive than Michelle Williams (by anyone's standards). I never really cared for her as an actress until I saw her in Rachel Getting Married . I was surprised by how good she was in th...

Not that anyone should care, but I still really like this album, despite many reasons that I should feel the contrary. I understand all the vitriol, but I'm hooked. It's a seductive, atmospheric listen and I've enjoyed it every time I've heard it. Every song. There. Carry on.
